The building form follows the logic of the perimeter block, and consists of two multilevel volumes connected by an one-storey inner plinth.  The multifunctional program in the ground floor is structured along a semi-public passage. An accessible green roof in between the blocks improves also the quality for the adjacent buildings.  A triple height space allows a visual connection with the green roof from the main entrance and provides daylight to the underground lobby. The rooms of the units have large windows including multi-functional window sills or balconies towards the courtyard. Thanks to the flexible structural system the program is adaptable on the short and long term. The multifunctional plinth include an adaptive event space with a café- lounge, a patio, a commercial space and a information center for people in need. Next to students, the users include elderly people, assisted living as well as mini-flats for disadvantaged users.
