The approach for this housing complex in Villach follows an open and permeable structure, offering crossings and connections, alike. Thus, a balance between new structure, existing development and natural environment is achieved and furthermore gains high quality living space. Four volumes are aligned with regular distances and are terraced, following the smooth topography of the site and thereby define various of free spaces.
