A 120 m² private spa area on the 4th floor of a company building from the 1960s has been transformed into a “living loft” and connected to an approximately 50m² large attic. The old swimming pool is still intact and located in the middle of newly created living space. The old reinforced concrete structures have been reopened and give the loft its characteristic touch.
